Processing time

Hey good lookin'! We stand by our beloved inventions, and so returns are free. Email us with any questions or concerns. We can typically can pack and ship your order within 3 business days of your purchase. But it can take up to a week if we see a massive influx of orders stemming from a viral TikTok or a restocking notification. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we truly are a small family business. However we are expanding and continuously improving our processes to ensure we ship your order ASAP. Disclosure and Expectations

Ā Typically we ship domestically with USPS in order to make shipping affordable. (During the Holidays we ship mostly with UPS to ensure deliveries better) The downside is that there is limited tracking with USPS. We advise you allow a week (starting when you receive the first notification that your order shipped) for delivery before reaching out to our team with inquiries. You will likely only get two notifications of delivery tracking: shipped, and delivered. We ask that you understand that we do not deliver the products and so do not have control or the best insights to the whereabouts of your package. You can check the status of your packing with the tracking email you will receive. Ultimately, we will ensure you receive your order, we have no intentions of cheating any of our precious customers! ā—”ĢˆĀ Ā 

Delivery errors are rare, but because they exist we recommend that you purchase shipping insurance in case of loss or mistake by USPS or any other 3rd party logistics company. You can elect for insurance during the checkout process. See the reference below.

International Shipping

Brief Disclosure for our international friends. Shipping overseas is either really expensive, or takes a significant amount of time. It is possible that we will ship your order through a consolidation partner so that you don't have to pay obnoxious shipping prices. That means that your package will first go to a consolidation center in California, then it will be rerouted to you. Thank you for your patience, we appreciate you!

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. It's possible that your international tracking may end upon arriving to your country, this is because international courtiers pass your order onto local courtiers who have no way of reporting tracking updates. So if your package appears frozen, or doesn't meet expected delivery times, you may have to inquire with your local shipping courier to release your package from their possession. To do this weĀ recommend you visit the courier and presentĀ valid identification and proof of purchase. Thank you!
